Mark Ramsey, GOP candidate for Texas Congressional District 38 has signed The Texas Conservative Pledge.

“A conservative pledge is a contract between an elected official and their constituents. It holds our elected officials accountable upon being elected, and anyone who is afraid of signing a pledge clearly defining conservative issues and plans, either does not agree with them or does not have any intention of going to DC to fight for our true conservative values. This is why I have no issues signing a pledge that clearly lines up with my intentions while in Congress,” stated McDonald when asked why she signed The Texas Conservative Pledge.

“Mark is a solid Texas conservative who will take our Texas values to Washington and fight for fellow Texans. Mark checks all the right boxes when it comes to a real conservative, but most importantly his willingness to do the dirty work and challenge our RINO GOP leadership is one of the traits that separates him and has earned him our endorsement,” said David Roberts, Director of Texans for True Conservatives.

Ramsey has garnered some impressive endorsements from some of the staunchest conservatives in Texas, including state legislators Steve Toth, Kyle Biedermann, and Briscoe Cain (who have all also signed The Texas Conservative Pledge) and conservative activist Dr. Steve Hotze and his Conservative Republicans of Texas organization. His professional background in the oil and gas industry will be vital in re-establishing America’s energy independence.

Texas House District 38 is a new congressional district re-drawn in the last state legislature.

About The Pledge

The Texans for True Conservatives PAC (a Super Pac) was formed to support “real” Texas Constitutional Conservatives who are dedicated to honoring their pledge to true conservative values at the local, state, and federal levels. The TexasCPAC will hold all candidates who pledge to strict adherence to their pledge in their individual voting records, as well as expose candidates who did not “pledge” and who are not likely to uphold our conservative Texas values.
