I have a record of protecting private property rights, constitutional liberties, and state sovereignty. I will always stand for conservative values,\u201d stated Bell when asked why he signed The Texas Conservative Pledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCecil is a conservative fighter in Austin and has been front and center on Texas conservative legislation. District 3 is historically a red district and Cecil has been involved in that community for years. His commitment to protecting key Texas conservative values is evident by his signature to The Texas Conservative Pledge,\u201d said David Roberts, Director of Texans for True Conservatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bell is a businessman in Magnolia with interests in cattle operations and construction. He is a past Chairman of the Magnolia School Board, an existing Lieutenant Colonel in the Texas State Guard, and is involved with Precinct 5 Constable\u2019s office training academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bell has represented District 3 since 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Texas House District 3 has a re-drawn map that encompasses Houston-area suburban and rural communities such as Brookshire, Hempstead, Magnolia, Montgomery, Porter, Grangerland, and Oakhurst, stretching from I-10 West, north to near Lake Conroe and then east to near Lake Houston Hempstead, Magnolia, Montgomery, Porter, Grangerland and Oakhurst, stretching from I-10 West, north to near Lake Conroe and then east to near Lake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"about-the-pledge\">About The Pledge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Texans for True Conservatives PAC (a Super Pac) was formed to support \u201creal\u201d Texas Constitutional Conservatives who are dedicated to honoring their pledge to true conservative values at the local, state, and federal levels.
