Andy Hopper owns a small farm in Wise County and serves as a Warrant Officer in the Texas State Guard. He has a master’s degree in Computer Science, has taught as an adjunct professor at UNT, and holds a US patent. Andy has worked in the private sector and defense industry as a software engineer for the last twenty-three years and currently owns a software consulting firm. Andy and his wife, Amanda, have homeschooled their three sons and co-founded Wise County Conservatives.
